Tyhee Notes SEC Complaint Against Interinvest as well as Tyhee Director and Investor, Dr. Hans Black VANCOUVER, British Columbia (June 19, 2015) – Tyhee Gold Corp. (TSX Venture, TDC) (the “Company”) advises that a formal complaint has been filed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission naming Interinvest Corporation, Inc. (“Interinvest”) and Hans Peter Black (“Black”). Dr. Black, Interinvest’s owner, President, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Investment Officer, is also a Director on Tyhee’s Board and a shareholder in the Company. While the complaint mentions Tyhee as well as three other junior TSX-Venture listed companies, Tyhee has not been accused of any wrongdoing.
