It will come when the current investors in the market realize that the Fed will not raise. Every economist at every bank has been saying that the Fed will raise rates and when it finally dawns on this part of the market (the institutional herd) we will see it go the other way.

When Yellen changes her language and says "interest rate rise is off the table, time for QE to initiate inflation" watch the fireworks happen.

Just realize that gold is going down until Fed policy change occurs.
