John, I haven't heard of any potential buyers "standing put". Red Cloud and Tyhee are helping about a dozen complete their Due Diligences. I have no doubt offers will be made. It's my understanding that deals are expected to materialize next month. Of course, summer vacations could slow things down, a bit.
