Thank you. That is a good explanation.
But let me just say this... Ten million dollars IS a lot of currency (I just can't make myself call paper currency... money).
Here is the absurdity simplified (leaves out a large number costs which at this scale are mostly insignificant).
Assuming a gold price of $10,000/oz. it would only take 1000 ounces plus a bit more for production and refining costs etc. to pay back that ten million dollar loan. Another 3000 ounces of production would put the company a sound financial footing once again. Then we could go about mining the remaining 1,296,000 ounces for profit. That's how absurd this situation is.
This is where we will be in the blink of an eye. I am sure the financial contracts to which Tyhee has signed on to have some provision written into them to make some allowance for what may be coming; but apart from that I think I have made my point.
Practically no one appreciates just how far out of whack this current financial system of things is. We are about to find out just how worthless paper currencies are. Gold is money. People just don't seem to understand that paper currency relative to gold is soon to become almost valueless (not priceless; valueless) very easy to pay off............If, and only if, you hold gold or the rights to it.
