Tyhee's "deadline" was moved ahead by a week to allow finalization of a bid (application) document and give a number of significant entities the extra time they requested to present their binding offers. So, my expectation is that by next friday all binding bids should be in hand. But, then again, I have (we've) been surprised by how long this process has taken. If this longevity results in its shareholders getting a better deal, so be it. However, if not, there'll be some explaining to do.
