Baires who was giving the information that new companies were coming in to the negotiations and there were blackouts as the deal was close. We heard this many times over the last year or two, i know we should not listen to anyone on any chat board but you were adamant many times that a  deal was imminent with many people involved and more wanting to get involved...you said this info was coming from an insider friend and people close to the company. 

I have been asking anyone i know with experience in stocks and am told we are not going to get anything back. I am told that likely the shareholders before santa fe went into receivership got nothing, then after receivership the game starts again. This is just what i am told, don't know if this is how it works.
