The PR does not specify the break-up amount nor the conditions.  I doubt that will be available to us.  I noticed that Big Sky was included in the deal even though Big Sky was not collateral in the original RMB loan.  This leads me to believe the process is a complegte dissolution of Tyhee, there is nothing left of it except lies and lessons, very costly ones for some of us.
