If criminality cannot be proven, then Tyhee's demise might better be explained by its director's and management's ignorance, stupidity or gullibility.

But I believe BAD LUCK, more than any of those other possible explanations may have sealed Tyhee's fate. 

Even in the face of possible stupidity, ignorance, gullibility and mismanagement, good or better luck could have saved the company.
