So if he was able to acheive financing, would it have been to further his fraudelent actions???

Too late now but i will endeavor to break down both sides of an argument going forward rather than just the positive side which human nature leads us to want to believe. We as investors fell into the mode of just believing anything positive said by anyone, rather than looking at the potential negatives. 

I want to learn from my mistakes and reading back years of posts i did not see one post cautioning in any way anything that was posted on the board. A lesson well learned from my perspective.
