You always need new people to buy shares of a failing company....its called pump and dump.  Seems to me this board contributed to alot of people being strung along nd big losses, so if any legal action needs to be looked at its those pushing only the good stories for Tyhee on this board.  I can tell you the names of the people on this board are known and a thorough invetsigation done.
