Our original company is gone, and no other shell regardless of anything that they do will not get us any of our investments back. Any new shell will have absolutely no affect on our wealth unless you purchase shares in the new shell just like you could in any of the other numerous shells that come live every day. Then after you have spent more money or made another investment you wait and hope it goes up.

I for one would not invest in the same management, , unlikely to call it the same name as the bankrupt company,  if anyone googles will come up as bankrupt.

I am also pretty sure that going bankrupt would be a breach of contract with any entity that may have had a royalty agreement with us, there is no one to pay it to. Definitely won't be us.

It is done unfortunately
