... its dirty business, but between the tax credit and spectrum this company has to be well worth min 500 mil to 1bil ... even if the crtc trys to maintain lack of competition ... the price of  a take out is going to be high .... it is prime spectrum ... i became a lot more confident in the legal team and greenhill being retained .... the folks at ubs know they are playing with cdn big boys ... so you better not be so arrogant as to attempt to take the on themselves ....

if there is a crazy amount of naked shorting to try and kill us .... this could come back to haunt them very badly when they get called .... favouring foreign competition will kill the najked shorters ... i think that would cause some serious covering ... and although a lot of holders will sell at 1.00 etc ... the smart money wont.
