Foreign companies don't know what they could be allowed to do, encumbents in Canada digging in hard bribing, calling in all their markers etc to avoid real competition, smaller Canadian companies saying we need help to get started ....

<> Look has the pipeline to deliver low cost services, auction will provide additional pipeline .... everyone is paralyzed ... the government must act ...Canadians are gtting royally shafted by the monopolies willing to exploit them while under servicing them ....

Without the rules the share price will drift ... regardless of the rules ... posturing will begin for the asset.

To be honest my patience is wearing out ... the government is dragging there feet while they enjoy the lobyy efforts of the encumbents ... they must be enjoying dinner on the riviera or something cause they are asleep at the wheel!
