I have no insider information, in fact I am the first to admit I'm painfully ignorant of so much .... but from what I can see for our generation this is what cheap property on the coast of Florida was like in the 70's ... very limited in quantity but highly desirable ... how far can it go ... no idea ... if it doubles in 2 years ... seems like a better invetsment than most ... I don't mind holding and adding until it is at least recognized .... after it is recognized .... i don't plan on selling much ... just enough for a well earned vacation ... after alll watching paint dry is painful but good paint can last a lifetime.
