Some junior mining companies in gold, silver and also uranium have been under performers, and a couple were just plain old dogs.

I believe this is a no brainer, the uses of spectrum will increase dramatically and who controls  the pipe controls the water supply .... Canada is in drought like conditions in its use of voice and data transmission.

Greenhill is a  very reputable company who I believe would not let there reputation be sullied by greedy controlling interests and the relative small dollar amount of this transaction. They are also way too qualified to rush a deal for the mere satisfaction of some small time whiners and complainers looking to relieve themselves of the tension of being on the outside.

I have no idea what this thing will do, but the tax credit of 300m allows for 600 mil of profit without tax (approximates) ... part of shareholder maximization will be to fully utilize that ... and hopefully develop a partnership which would allow for ongoing revenue streams.

Never invest more that you can afford to lose, but I wouldn't be in any rush to be selling this play until the future plans are crystallized.
