This is a very complex high stakes negotiation ... any smart insider is IMO unlikely to leak information, thus pinning down a time even with words such as soon (imminent) etc is IMO a guess.

  If somebody does know something ... good for them ... but to avoid disappointment stay away from the timing band wagon and pay attention to what is relevant ... I have an adage that works well in both marriage and investing ....
