Paul Allen behind that bid .... looks to me like more than 4 national players.

One thing I learned years ago that sometimes Canada is a good place to learn how to do things, get good at them and then import the key learnings into the USA. With the likes of Allen behind Dave's it is not inconceivable that a Canadian company's could be targetting US companies to takeover in the future.

Spectrum changes everything and the encumbents could go down hard and fast!

NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE, TO PLAY IN THIS INDUSTRY IN THE FUTURE YOU NEED SPECTRUM.
