kewl idea ... lets just say for a minute a company smart enuff to figure out the value of spectrum (LOOK) joined by a company with deep pockets to form a new partnership occurrred .... Look and t-mobile .... Look buys more of allocated to non oligopolists and t-mobile adding spectrum from the open to all side ... wow .... that combo could end up as a new monoploly holding most of the spectrum.... wouldn't that be quite a song for a dying swan named BCE.
