by our government officials -- foreign ownership restrictions should've been relaxed prior to this auction. Can you imagine the revenue if this was the case considering that the current revenue, a week into it, is closing in on $3,000,000,000 -- double or triple what was anticipated. Apparently, spectrum is even more valuable and in demand than even the most optimistic of us thought. If this opportunity is wasted, someone should be shot!! (for the record, that last line is ONLY a figure of speech -- but you get my drift)
