that if you give this mgmt 1 billion big ones and the look shares o/s = 125,570,287 and the UBS o/s = 102,747,854 and the combined market cap of the companies is barely over 100 mil ... the price will go up substantially .... even if sherbet was running the company ... although I would be very scared!

now post sale of spectrum with 1 bil big ones now in hand .. greenhill will get paid, and although I would be cautious I would expect the potential of a class action lawsuit addressing fraudulent activities and gross mismangement of 1 billion big ones is not desirable for either side ..... yes yes ... stunts can be pulled just like stunts can be pulled in trying to paint a doomsday scenario with every bulletin board post

legitimate concerns are great to be posted ... but FUD mongers are a pretty detestable lot and unwlecome on this BB..
