Famar ... you hit the nail on the head ... ending up bankrupt, going into receivership means selling off the asset ... probably the worst deal we will get.

Perhaps going out of business and liquidating the assets is the new strategy ... in any case ... someone will buy the spectrum and should it sell for more than what the creditors are owed .... the rest is ours.

I really don't believe it will come to that! Control freaks do not hand over control easily and getting the worst deal is not hard to do and certainly does not require accountants and lawyers to facilitate/
