A trial of this nature should be in a R&D category, UBS/LOK is testing their gears using UBS/LOK spectrum. My company do something similar and get paid but we're not in telecom.

TSE would be a nice start to make a bold statement to the telecom players in Canada. I don't believe Rogers only have business in Canada alone, may be they're connected to some islands also.
