I got a call today from Georgeson to encourage me to exercise my votes as a LOOK stockholder. Kinda strange considering UBS controls so much of the stock. I've had several companies bought out and many special meetings and this is the first time I ever got called! I'd like to go to the meeting but I have to be away on business.
