Would anyone hazard a guess that the lawsuit would have more merit being that poor ubs has no spectrum to carry out it's original and long term plans?

I once thought about that said thing, but they would say at that time if it wasn't available otherwise UBS would have had some asset and a plan to raise some cash to put a working system in place. Instead they were left without anything....now they may attempt to ask for a possible compensation. UBS will now partner to put LOK's spectrum in service.

What's puzzling to me between UBS-LOK-LOK.a is why UBS is more active in volume and $$$ invested. Friday UBS transaction avg rate transacted was $59,000 LOK 31,000 and LOK.a was 12,000. The gap is the narrowest in UBS. Where is the smart money going if that's the case.

Are we talking about UBS hitting $5.00 to $20.00 or LOK...?

I can relate to the response to GM from one of GM's subcontractors. What I have chosed to do is call a meeting and discuss the timeline for getting the job done with no over time or additional staff. Whatever we cannot manage during our work week would be outsourced. Ever since it has been working out well.

I think by now Inda should realize we got his message.....and is getting a bit boring. I will give mgmnt the benefit of doubt and hope in the longterm it's in the shareholders best interest, that includes them as the major shareholders.

GLTA......
