Blast from the past

Below is a post from the past, could this post relates to this said time we're presently experiencing. Time has changed but not have changed ;) yes, we're back to hoping for a $5.00 to $10.00 and beyond...may be this time we're for real.

Can anyone relate to insider selling....taking it as a negative, when in fact the stock is transfered to another acount :))) If we starts trading in the couple millions/day ...watchout... JMHO... Remember UBS lawsuits is on track...what if is the big $$$$$ question.

You should have been here about 2-3 months ago. You would have really been impressed. However for me it has been pretty depressing reading the threads here lately. This thing about the not filing properly after an inside trade is beyond me. I don't think it should have a huge affect on the operation of things to come.

It has more to do with the psychology of the shareholders. Alot of newcomers have bought this stock thinking it was to skyrocket to $5-10 by January. They thought they could make a quick buck. Imagine 5+ Million shares where traded almost every day of the week. Lots of people bought. Then the selling off began. Now the moral is low.

Those who got in late are sitting wondering what happened. Now all kinds of things are racing through their minds. Is this a scam. Now this thing about insider trading? IMO if they were out to scam they would have sold when prices where at their all time highest, but this was for something in October, when prices where still low.

I remember vaguely something about employee options and the ability to exercise them at that time. Rosen knew this day would come " If the news to come doesn't meet the high expectations of investors jumping in for fast gains, the stock will probably feel the immediate pain of rejection and disappointment..." I believe UBS requested a halt because they did not want the share value to prematurely run away.

The news that followed clearly proved they were not ready to divulge the real news (contract amounts). More news is yet to come. It may not be all we expect but be patient. I don't think everyone here understands how big this can get, but it won't be overnight.

Rosen said "If you want an overnight play, don't come here. If you want to park your money and see a technology company grow into one of the top five in the world, then put your money here." I too hate waiting in times like this.
