but I assume InDa's about face is wholly due to the fact that the sales process has negated a shareholder's vote, in favour of a BOD's only.....

The vision for LOK/UBS is different than just selling a mining property. The objective imho is the fact that a fourth carrier is in the process making a footprint on the Canadian market at a 4G level.

BOD in there opinion possibly have a different plan of action to make this dream successful whereby they will have user friendly partners. Bell and Rogers are very fortunate to be in such a position for such a revenue and getting involved in this new rollout won't be in their comfort zone.

I believe from Mcgoey statement at the SGM that the Big-3 said they have enough Spectrum will be no surprise when they name won't be called and we won't know if ever they had a bid. The Big-3 might even feel embarrased to say that they even had a bid. I don't see Telus getting rid of there share, they still need a helping hand.

So the bottom line is Mcgoey has a plan in place which I believe didn't come just overnight. Nortel may have stepped back a bit from this mobile stuff but and this I believe is necessary since they're under bankruptcy protection and don't have much R&D $$$ at there disposal thus leaving there prime focus on generating cash.

One thing have me confused a bit about the explanation between the AWS Spectrum and this MDS Spectrum....when Mcgoey was asked this question at the SGM....I thought he could have done a better job at that. Planes, trains and automobiles.....will have its day under the sun. ;)
