If something was wrong I would think that the Look stocks would be taking it on the chin too. Afterall they are UBS's bread & butter (ie. 51% ownership) and UBS would be following them down -- which leads me to the conclusion that it is being "manipulated" and perhaps there is something in the end which involves UBS in more than just there 51% ownership of Look. There could be more profound benefits to UBS stock considering the fact that somebody is pushing it down so hard relative to the 2 Looks.
