doesn't look very good out there ... s&p 500 breached major support levels (11 year lows) as "stimulus" propoganda has been announced ... the dow has dropped past the October lows ... and has not been this low since nov 97 .... over 11 years of gains lost ... and more to come.

We are breaching all forms of support in a market where auto companies will be going bankrupt and banks have collapsed, those that haven't might, since no one seems to be able to evaluate the value of the toxic assets ... writing them off isn't simple because ... those assets were sold and resold in various packages and are toxic not because they are worthless, but because recognizing they are worthless will make more assets toxic (worthless) and so on and so on .... we are in the early phases of the next leg down which will takes us to 350 on the S&P 500 and 4000 on the dow and tsx comp or less .... financing is virtually non existent unless you can prove you don't need it.

ok ... so what does that mean for us ... if like the bce deal whatever we are offered breaks down and they can not finance it or the share offer is devalued because alll stock drops another large %age ....

remember .... the bidders dropped a 10% deposit ... even if all we got on the offer was 100 mil ... if they don't come to the table ... we keep 10 mil ... which is enough to keep us operating as the storm continues and the shakeout of the weak and stupid (fredos) continues .... meanwhile spectrum's usefulness continues to grow.

this truly is a can't lose proposition ... no matter what tree shakers, paid bashers, fud slinging self proclaimed geniuses and vendetta fanatics say or do .... the spectrum is the spectrum ... communication is to advanced societies as water is to human beings ... when you open up the pipeline of water or communication further building can occur .... it is the only way

if you have money take advantage of this tree shaking .... this is the perfect chance for very quick and very large payback ....

we all need reassurance ... but think rationally, logically and decide ... if you really believe the spectrum is not worth 100 mil+ or you want to beleiev the conspiracy theories ... get out ... sell

if you think it is at least 100 mil (personally even in today's market i think minimum 10 fold) and that complete lawlessness does not reign and spectrum managemnet is not of the special elite class who can breach the law without penalty ... then buy or hold ...

either way you are making the intelligent choice
