I hear ya - re nervousness ... what i meant was that ... if some one wanted to back out after we accepted .. we have their 10% down ... we saw how the bce deal went down and now the courts have to decide if bce is entitled .. here if someone doesnt follow through we have the 10% in hand ... if they back out .... after we accept a deal ... we got the bird in the hand ... smart thinking in coming up with an effective strategy.
