it's all the negativity and pessimism surrounding this. The best surprises when it comes to publicly listed companies come when there is the greatest amount of doubt and fear -- it's the way those in the know and the professionals set it up. Play with the emotions of the weak. I do have to say though -- it does wear on one, like when your a kid in the back seat of the car on a loooooong journey. Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet?
It's not the value of the asset that is in question here -- it's the possibility of corruption from management and insiders. That's where the fear and doubt comes from here -- I've racked my brain trying to look at it from both angles. It does appear that the "back-dooring" occured long ago (have you seen the options and SAR's these cowboys have?) I hope to ride their greedy coattails.
