I think InDaMoney might be on to something over on SH -- seems like it could be negotiations. How much clarification should these bids need, for Christ's sake? -- they have the darn deposits!! Unless there is multiple bids or it is some sort of joint venture -- then I assume that it would take time for the respective legal teams to dot the i's and cross the t's. Afterall, when dealing with the devil, one should cover their asses, no?
