.....first what are the conditions of a halt? The stock wasn't halted and imo there wasn't a significant depreciation or appreciation on the stock. But we still had an opportunity to buy or sell if we believed in the process.

I was at the meeting and I never had the impression that we would have gotten a PR on Mar9. Hence the reason all my post was indicated saying Mar9/10. I don't believe even Rosen knows whats in the works muchless for Peter.

IMO...this negotiation might be a bit more complex than the usual....friends ...foe's....man in dark cloak...lol.... court monitor and so on ....lol... Today bids should be closed in and companies contacted.

What if Mcgoey wants to include Globalive, Videotron and Telus and Videotron wants the whole thing for 1.2bil with 200mil in shares, then Telus says 800mil and 500mil in shares and Globalive says they don't need all but willing to pay 600mil for 50%........Now you can see when the halt will trully be necessary.

Tell me do you really think Mcgoey really cares what we think....yes he admitted he understands our frustration. I personally think it was a wise idea to have the AGM on King St and can't be more convienient than that for shareholders to attend to ask the tough questions.

In the end I hope we all come out smelling like a rose. Buffet lost 119-Bil it shows that we may be right sometimes but not all times....or.... it's very hard to predict what the market will do tomorrow.
