yes of course Maak, but even with a fair deal here with no shenanigans, management / insiders would be filthy rich -- more money than they could spend in their lifetime. I guess this is what the issue is.

So hypothetically, They don't have the money for their own rollout, and they're unwilling to do a fair deal as per the present Look share structure and ownership. So by "back-dooring" or let's call it what it would be -- f*cking the peasant shareholder somehow will make their characters and reputations much more marketable and likeable to potential business partners -- if somebody doesn't trust them now, who the hell would trust them more after any shenanigans. If I was unwilling to deal with them now, I sure as hell wouldn't deal with them then. And, so the government boys are going to okay the transfer for a pack of gum now to somebody who's just going to sit on the spectrum until they can flip it later for a couple billion $$$$ and a handful of cowboys pocket all the coin. It doesn't add up for me.
