When would you sell?

OK The deal has been done and let's say they have sold the spectrum for $7.50 per share.

Now do you wait and tender your shares or do you wait till the share price reaches roughly what the stock price will be and sell.

If you sell before you will have to pay a broker fee. But you get your money and get out just in case we get any other surprises.

Or do you wait till the shares are tendered and you make what was offered and pay no fees.

This is a little trickier I think for UBS as who knows how they will distribute the funds. If they do.

What would you do?
