They don't have enough spectrum in Ontario and none in Quebec and as per Tony, don't even know what it's good for? There's no equipment to work with it and they don't want it.

But they are going to be a national wireless mobile broadband provider?

They will have to amass all the great thinkers of the world to solve this problem.

A nobel prize winning solution no doubt.
