VSX Explanation

I sent the VSX an email in regards to the "glitch" that happened this morning. This is what they said.

"I cannot explain why you received such an alert through CIBC & Scotiabank. When I look at all the bids and asks and trades nothing comes close to this figure. The only things that might explain this is either an order that was cancelled (mistake in entering the order) or a mistake from the data vendor used by CIBC & Scotiabank.
