Yeah, one can only wonder why ---- if and when there is some large aggressive buying pressure, these "caps" will prove to be irrelevant. They (the caps) seem to be quite fluid -- they're moved around all day and the volumes flucuate as well.

There is always somebody willing to catch any selling -- the only question being, is the selling real? It looks kind of manufactured to me -- CIBC 079 has had loads of stock to sell in the last little while, but we've held at 20 cents (knock on wood, LOL)

By the way, Cannacrap 033 was in for close to 100,000 UBS yesterday --- I don't assume that they're regular "run of the mill" retailers. Perhaps they were suckered into buying by 6180's latest pump regarding something about the 15 days notice to Bell, LOL
