All the talk about BCE trying to throw a wrench into any deals and trying to "steal" the asset for far less than "fair" value further reinforces my future relationship with them (not that I needed any reinforcing, LOL) -- I have some services with Bell since there really are no viable options at this time, but rest assured when there is, they will never see another nickle of my business. And, I will be sure to encourage all of my family, friends, associates, friends of friends, eighth cousins, etc. to do the same.
Their cell phone coverage is hit or miss, usually miss, especially when it comes to the cottage areas along Lake Huron that I frequent. Their land line price is absolutely ridiculous, and every month as of late, their bills seem to be creeping up by a dollar and change here, and couple of bucks there -- all for the same bullsh*t service. Funny, they are able to alter a "contract" at will, but the consumer is locked in for a 2 - 3 year period at what they sign up for.
These creeps are absolute dinosaurs, and hopefully are heading for fossilization -- I am more than ready to give the "new kid on the block" my business in the hopefully not too distant future. I really hope that Look, or more importantly, us as shareholders of LOK/UBS are indeed a significant participant in this shift in the Canadian telecommunications space.
The biggest joke of it all is that BCE has the money or the stock price to either buy Look outright, or partnership -- this would solidify their future business (not just growth, but actual survival, LOL), but instead their usual crap continues to persist. Well, all I can say is that hopefully they keep it up, you know as Canada's "premier telecommunications company", and they can have their heads handed to them in the future. Are you reading this, Idiot BCE management????? Perhaps, maybe J.J.'s buddy could bring it to their attention, LOL.
I hope that I'm not too far off of the mark here, and our management team / BOD have us covered.
P.S. I think the above goes for Telus wholeheartedly, and Rogers perhaps to a degree -- Rogers pricing is sham, but they do seem to be a hair more innovative, and forward thinking than the other 2 relics.
