Who has the better product

I have to change a whack of cell phones. I currently have them with Bell & Telus. Which of the big three would you guys recommend. Maybe this is the wrong place to ask as I know some here have "issues" with these guys. I was hoping the new guys would be out by now so I could try them out but no luck as of yet. So any recommendations?
