Great, while the rest of the world continues to progress and move forward in a timely fashion, we in Canada continue to muddle along while our bureaucrats in Ottawa twiddle their thumbs (or sit on them -- take your pick). Maybe they should have a work day and vacation periods comparable to the private sector --- they might actually be able to accomplish something without all the delays (ooopps, better give them another raise and cushion that already gold plated pension!!!) Sorry, for the rant -- it just gets tiring!

Does this have any bearing on Look's sales process or transfer of assets considering the use and global designation of this particular band of frequencies is a foregone conclusion.
