In a nutshell, is this what they are saying?.......

We are losing money at an alarming rate, but we do have an asset worth a lot of money. We have been trying to sell it for over 2 years, (paying for outside help, at one time) without success. Please bear with us, it will get done "imminently" as long as we don't run out of cash...... then all bets are off... "Private UBS" may be willing to take it off our hands for an IOU, if required.............
