It may be time to organize ourselves in order to get what we rightfully deserve. I can accept the deal if an only if all of the other bids are made available for assessment.

I believe they also had a right to refuse any bids.....

We gave UBS/LOK our rights at the Special Meeting.

What sense it made to advertise in the WSJ if FO was a problem now. I thought Tim had ways around that situation if it arised.
