The only problem is they should have defined the term shareholders that they were seeking the best interest for initially. But I will still be interested to know how Alex, Gerry and the other BODs will benefit from this deal.

Bankruptcy wasn't a problem according to Gerry at the last AGM. I wonder under what basis the court has to make their evaluation...? Industry Canada has to approve, also under what basis..?

OMG!! Inukshuk will lose all their money if they don't pay on time....lol.... Yes, presuming they are dumb like UBS/LOK...lol...once the transaction is completed which will be in 36mths...lol....

Is coporate entity = shell company..? Then UBS will determine what the future will be...... I can't imagine how these guys sleep at night..... is this investing or a outright scam.....I am confused really.....
