As long as insiders have majority share control there is not much that can be done, even if we all agree that management's actions are akin to parasites, and morally wrong. IMHO.

Best of luck to those of you pursuing "avestedinterest" (SAG v2.0) The worst that can happen by getting a lawyer involved is nothing, which is where the share price seems to be heading anyways.
