Ucore Uranium Announces Board Changes

Ucore Uranium Inc. (TSX VENTURE:UCU) ("Ucore" or the "Company") announces the resignation of Mr. Brian MacEachen as director effective September 30, 2009. Mr. MacEachen is leaving due to a previously existing long term engagement as a member of the board of directors of another very well respected rare earth exploration concern. The former relationship predates Mr. MacEachen's appointment to the board of directors of Ucore in 2006.
