UFFC raised money at one dollar per share a year or so, ago, just before the recession. SP reached $2 but recently slipped to around .12.

UFFC just raised more money but we don't know what unit price the private placement went for. A small negative.

Last 2 trading days: up more than double with very high volume. Wish I'd bought Friday! Worth watching the next few days.
