I had a small disappointment. I looked at UFood Dietary Guide.
The number of items with tons of salt was surprising. 2500 mg of sodium is considered a very maximum for the healtiest. For Seniors, 1500 mg a day or less is best.
Consider the wraps: 1710 to 2560 each, many with more than 5 sat fats (the bad ones) which might contain trans fats (the worse... 2g max a day of this one at most.), replacing a McDonald... I am surprised. Hospital food caters to a much higher percentage of older folks like me...
However, calories are not that bad; vegetarian is well marked; fibers count is good...

Cooking with less salt without neglecting taste is fairly easy. Some 'shakers' like Mrs Dash no-salt seasonings or same from McCormick are easy solutions
