UniPixel Announces Public Offering of Common Stock

UNXL), a provider of Performance Engineered Films to the touch screen, flexible printed electronics, lighting and display markets, today announced a public offering of 3,000,000 shares of common stock by the Company and two of its stockholders, The Altar Rock Fund Liquidating Trust and The Raptor Global Portfolio Liquidating Trust. Of the shares being offered, the Company is offering 1,962,920 shares and the selling stockholders are offering an aggregate 1,037,080 shares. In addition, the Company intends to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of common stock from the Company to cover over-allotments, if any. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes. The Company will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.
