Of the 3 million shares due in the offering only 1,962,920 are factored into the dilution of the company as I read it. So less than 9 million shares outstanding when all is said and done....amazing low.

Co announced public offering of 3 mln shares of common stock by the Company and two of its stockholders, The Altar Rock Fund Liquidating Trust and The Raptor Global Portfolio Liquidating Trust. Of the shares being offered, the Company is offering 1,962,920 shares and the selling stockholders are offering an aggregate 1,037,080 shares. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes. The Company will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders. Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC is the sole book-running manager for the offering.
