and the company will BANK about $10 million. The good news is, still no debt, more cash on hand and all the good news if forward looking. I do have an email in asking why they would undercut current market levels to price their offering.
Once absorbed, we should resume the move up. All I can think is that maybe, just maybe, they have an interested party looking to take a significant stake and this offering solves two problems, cash on hand and a new shareholder with a floor at $5.25, but just my best guess.
